For over three quarters of the U14 squad this was their first real experience of competitive basketball so was a fantastic opportunity to be able to utlise the skills they learn in practice . Unsurprisinlgly given the lack of experience the team took a while to get going and scored most of their points in the second half having got used to the pace and structure of the game .
