Calderdale Explorers Under 16 team retained their NBL Regional title for the second year running under coach Billy King. The teams' impressive performance included winning 18 of the 20 NBL matches with a 17 match unbeaten run from the start of the season .

Players Lukas Aleks, Henry Cleese, Bob Corporal, Cameron Domyem,Brandon Fisher, Charles Goldthorpe , Mike Gudu , David Olutayo, Franciszek Plonka, Franz Remoroza and Jacob Struthers all made over 10 appearances for team . Charles Goldthorpe & Mike Gudu were ever presents playing in all 21 matches .

Franz Remoroza topped the scoring statistics with 406 points with an average of 21.4 PPG (points per game) with Cameron Domyem scoring 236 points with an average of 12.4 PPG.
