Calderdale Explorers Under 14 team , under Ben Lee, was an opportunity to give a group of young and inexperienced players the opportunity to develop through gaining experience in the NBL structure rather than any expectation of competitive success so it is off merit that the team completed all of the fixtures and finished 7th of the 8 teams in the league with one win in one of the 14 matches played
